Acceptance.
By using this site or purchasing Revival Raw products, you agree to these terms.
Products.
Revival Raw sells raw dog food intended for canine consumption. We make no claims to treat or cure any disease. Consult your veterinarian for medical concerns. Some dogs (puppies under 12 weeks, immunocompromised dogs, dogs on certain medications) may not be ideal candidates for raw — talk to your vet first.
Orders + payment.
All transactions are processed through Shopify. Pricing is in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or shipping address validation failures. You authorize the payment method submitted at checkout for the full order amount including shipping and applicable taxes.
Shipping.
We ship to the continental US only. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. See our shipping page for cold-chain details.
Freshness guarantee.
If your box arrives thawed, leaking, or otherwise compromised, email Support@revivalrawdogfood.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace at no charge. The guarantee does not apply to delays caused by you (refused delivery, wrong address, etc.) or to product handling errors after a successful delivery.
Subscriptions.
Subscription orders renew on the schedule you select at checkout. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime via your account or by emailing support. We do not honor retroactive cancellation requests for orders already shipped.
Returns.
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed product. The freshness guarantee covers shipping/cold-chain issues. For taste preferences (your dog dislikes a flavor), email us — we'll usually swap to a different protein at our discretion.
Limitation of liability.
Revival Raw's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or veterinary costs arising from product use, except where mandated by law.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Ventura County, California.
