Every Revival Raw box ships frozen, packed in insulated cold-chain liners with food-grade dry ice. Tracked end-to-end. No signature required, no spoilage, no surprises.

How shipping works.

Orders are pulled from our Camarillo, California freezer, packed in insulated EPS liners with dry ice (calculated by transit distance), and handed to a national carrier within 24 hours. Most boxes arrive in 1–2 transit days.

What you'll see.

  • Tracking number emailed the moment we hand the box to the carrier
  • Box arrives frozen and intact — or your next box is on us
  • No signature required (we know you have a job)
  • Dry ice fully sublimates by arrival; box is safe to handle bare-handed

What to do when it arrives.

Open the box, transfer the bags directly to your freezer. The next day or two, pull bags down to the fridge as needed. Once thawed in the fridge, raw is good for 3 days. Refreezing thawed raw is fine but reduces texture quality.

Where we ship.

Continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally. Cold-chain logistics for frozen raw across long-haul air is unreliable, so we'd rather decline than risk spoilage.

Damaged or thawed on arrival?

Email Support@revivalrawdogfood.com within 24 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the carrier label and the contents. We replace the box at no charge — that's our freshness guarantee.

ShipStation tracking.

Our fulfillment runs on ShipStation, which means every order syncs in real-time with the tracking system the moment a label prints. The tracking link in your confirmation email pulls from the carrier directly, not from a third-party caching layer.
